why this course

Midlife clients may be navigating changes in stress, sleep, energy, motivation, mood, weight, hormonal transition, nervous system regulation and metabolic health at the same time. This course gives coaches a scope-appropriate way to understand those patterns and support behavior change with greater clarity.

The curriculum emphasizes non-diagnostic language, client-centered tools and evidence-informed education within the health and wellness coaching scope of practice. It is a coaching framework, not a clinical protocol.
